What data we collect

Through the quote form we collect only what you enter yourself: name, company, phone, email (if provided), city and a description of what you need.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to see which pages genuinely help visitors — but only if you accept it on the banner shown on your first visit. Until you do, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google.

If you accept, Google Analytics records anonymous visit data: which pages you viewed, from what device and where you came from, with a truncated IP address. We never pass it your name, phone or email. Changed your mind? Clear the site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again.

Separately, the first time you open the site we store the page you landed on and where you came from in your browser's sessionStorage. That is not a cookie, it is never sent anywhere on its own, and it is cleared when you close the window — it reaches us only if you submit an inquiry yourself, so we can tell which page actually helped you. If you accept analytics, the Google Analytics identifier travels with the inquiry too.

How we use it

We use inquiry data solely to obtain offers for you: we forward it to partners who do the requested type of work so they can prepare a quote and, if needed, contact you about details. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for other purposes.

Retention

Inquiries are kept for the duration of the quoting process and a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up orders. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Send the request through the inquiry form — state in the note that you are asking for deletion, and the name you used on the earlier inquiry.
